1. Service Cancellation

• You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Once work has commenced (design, research, ads setup, etc.), cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Policy

• Digital Services (Website Design, SEO, Ads Management, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.
• If any service is not delivered as promised, we may offer a partial refund or revision based on the issue.
• Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled anytime, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be processed due to a change of mind after work has begun.
• If a project is delayed due to a lack of response from the client, a refund will not be applicable.
